These terms are between you and Muhammad Tehsin Rashad, trading as Income Accelerator Coach, in Pakistan ("we"). By creating an account or paying for the 90-Day Job Offer Plan, you agree to them. Plain version first, details after.
In short
- The app is free. The 90-Day Job Offer Plan costs Rs 15,000, paid once.
- We don't place you in a job and we don't promise a salary.
- Do the work, and if no written job offer or raise comes in 90 days, we refund every rupee you paid.
- Fake payment screenshots, or abuse of a coach, end your access.
1. What we provide
The free app: AI skill interviews and scores, your route and learning plan, the CV builder, a LinkedIn review, a job pipeline, daily habits and leagues, with daily usage limits. We may change what's included in the free app.
The 90-Day Job Offer Plan: everything in the free app with higher limits, plus a coach who checks in with you on WhatsApp each day, a weekly 1-on-1 review, drafted messages for your applications, your CV matched against each job, interview prep, and a monthly call with your Program Sponsor if you have one.
Scores, plans and drafts come from AI and from people who give their honest opinion. They are guidance, not certificates, and not an assessment by any employer.
2. What we don't do
We are not a recruitment or placement agency. We don't promise you a job, an interview or any salary. Results depend on your skills, your effort and the job market. Any results we show are real but not typical.
3. Your account
Give us your real name, email and WhatsApp number, and keep your account to yourself. You must be 18 or over, or have a parent or guardian as your Program Sponsor. You can delete your account at any time from the Me screen.
4. Paying
You pay by NayaPay or bank transfer to the account shown at checkout, then upload a screenshot. Our system checks most screenshots in seconds and switches the plan on; an admin confirms every payment later. If a payment can't be matched to our account, the plan is switched off and we tell you why.
In the Android app, you pay through Google Play instead; Google's payment terms apply to that payment.
Card payments, when available, are processed by a card provider. We never see your card number.
5. The full refund promise
Do the work for 90 days. If you don't get a job offer or a raise, we refund every rupee you paid for the plan.
Doing the work means: you post your daily update in the app on at least 70 of the 90 days, and you finish setup (skill score, route and goals) within 3 days of joining. Your 90 days start when you finish setup and your payment is confirmed.
A job offer or a raise means: a written job offer, or a written pay increase, dated inside your 90 days. You don't have to accept an offer for it to count. If you get one, tell us honestly when you claim.
To claim: tap "Request refund" in the app between day 90 and day 104, and confirm in writing that no offer or raise came. The app counts your updates. We pay within 14 days, to the account you paid from. If you paid through Google Play, the refund is made through Google Play to the same Google account.
Not covered: updates that are empty or copied, accounts that broke these terms, and claims made after day 104.
If you were charged twice by mistake, or a payment was rejected after you paid, contact us and we will return it.
6. Fair use
Don't upload fake or edited payment screenshots, share your account, use the app to send spam, copy or scrape the service, or treat coaches or other users with abuse. If you do, we may suspend or close your account. Payments made with fake screenshots are not a payment, so the plan ends.
7. Your content
Your answers, CVs and messages stay yours. You let us store and process them to run the service for you, as described in our privacy policy.
8. Our responsibility
We work hard to keep the app running and accurate, but it is provided as it is, and it may sometimes be unavailable. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 90 days before the problem. Nothing here takes away rights you have under Pakistani law.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your 90-Day Plan is the one shown when you paid; for anything else, the latest version applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
